Ingredients
¾ cup butter 2 cups white sugar ¾ cup cocoa powder 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 4 eggs ½ cup FGHFG Hard Red Winter Wheat Rustic Stoneground Whole Flour 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-in. oven-safe skillet or 8-in. baking pan. 2. Melt butter on the stovetop or in microwave. Add sugar and cocoa powder to butter and stir. Heat butter-cocoa mixture until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. 3. Mix vanilla extract into butter-cocoa mixture. Lightly beat eggs, stir them into butter-cocoa mixture, add flour, and stir again until batter is well mixed. Pour batter into the prepared pan. 4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Credits: Recipe adapted from allrecipes.com.
